Wild Orange Vinaigrette

Prep Time: 5 mins

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon Mayo
  • 1-2 drops Wild Orange essential oil
  • 1/3 c Balsamic Vinegar
  • sea salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients in the order they appear until smooth.  Store in a glass jar in the fridge.  It will keep for a couple of months
  2. ENJOY!!

Some options for salad fixins:  Romaine lettuce, Green or Red leaf lettuce, Baby Spinach, Sliced Apples, Cherries, Dried Cranberries, Feta Cheese, Toasted sliced Almonds
